NOTICE OF MEETING
at which the Trust’s accounts will be approved and the auditors appointed
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Malvern Hills Trust (the working name of Malvern Hills Conservators) will take place at 7:00 pm on Thursday 19 October 2023 at Malvern Cube, Albert Road North, Malvern WR14 2YF for the purpose of approving the accounts for the year to 31 March 2023 and appointment of the auditors for the year ending 31 March 2024 at which all creditors, council taxpayers and other interested persons may be present.
Any member of the public wishing to attend the meeting is requested to notify Mrs L Parish at the Trust’s offices or by email to cindy@malvernhills.org.uk. Please see the Trust’s website https://www.malvernhills.org.uk/ for full details of the arrangements for the meeting.
Any member of the public wishing to propose the appointment of auditors at the meeting should notify the Trust of that proposal no later than 5pm on Monday 2 October 2023.
The statement of accounts to be presented at the meeting will be available for inspection on the Trust’s website www.malvernhills.org.uk or a copy can be obtained free of charge by any levy payer from Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
