Governance Updates
This year the Malvern Hills Trust celebrates its 140th anniversary. As we look forward to the future, our ability to conserve this landscape effectively is being stifled by our outdated governance arrangements.
The world has changed dramatically since 1884 when we were first established by an Act of Parliament and our governance is no longer fit for purpose.
Later this year we plan to introduce a new Parliamentary Bill to modernise our governance arrangements to enable us to continue safeguarding the Malvern Hills and Commons for the next 140 years and beyond.

Public Consultations
We provide the opportunity for people to have their say and make comment on a variety of topics and projects.
Our public consultation on proposals to update the Trust's governance is now open. The deadline for paper responses is 17th July and 22nd July for electronic submissions.
