Levy payer parking passes now available

Levy payer parking passes are now available to purchase for 2022/23.

These new passes will be valid from 1st June 2022 to 31st May 2023. Current passes expire on 31st May 2022.

Those eligible for the levy payer passes are residents of the town of Malvern, and the parishes of Colwall, Guarlford, Malvern Wells, Mathon and West Malvern who pay a levy toward the Trust.

Passes valid from the 1st June 2022 to the 31st May 2023 can be purchased in the following ways:

  • By email - by completing the Levy payer pass application form 2022 (word doc) or Levy payer pass application form 2022 (PDF) and making payment by BACs. A copy of proof of your address showing your eligibility should be emailed along with your completed application form to parking@malvernhills.org.uk
  • By post - by completing the Levy payer pass postal application form 2022 (PDF) and making payment by cheque or by BACs.  A copy of proof of your address showing your eligibility should be posted along with your completed application form to Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3EY.

If these options are not available to you it is possible to purchase your pass in person. Due to staff sickness the opening hours this week are 9am to 3pm and may change at short notice.  Please check our latest news before you visit the office for any updates on the office opening times. A proof of address is required to show your eligibility for the concessionary pass. Please only use this option if the postal or email options are not available to you.

Passes cost £6.00 each and are valid until the 31st May 2023.  Please include a stamped addressed envelope with your application, or include an additional £1.00 for postage and administration.

Thank you for your support. We are expecting a large number of applications due to high demand.  We will aim to process your application within 14 days but cannot guarantee this.

Annual passes are also available for those outside the levy paying area but are regular visitors to the Hills.
