We're delighted to be celebrating Malvern Spa Association's 20th Anniversary this weekend.
The Malvern Spa Association (MSA) was set up on the 18th September 1998 to conserve protect and restore the Springs, Wells, Spouts and Fountains of the Malvern Hills. With the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund and in partnership with the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership a huge project was undertaken to restore springs, spouts and wells across the Malvern Hills and Commons.
Following the conclusion of the project MSA has continued to promote the study, conservation, development and awareness of Malverns Springs and Spouts, to help preserve them for future generations.
MSA are those responsible for the running of the hugely popular Well Dressing Event which takes place each year over the May Day Bank Holiday. In 2018 a record number of wells were dressed with the theme 'Year of the Woman'.
