Mark Driscoll

Malvern Hills District Council

I have lived within the Malvern Hills for over 20 years and am a passionate advocate for the preservation, conservation, and enhancement of the Malvern Hills.  A graduate in environmental science, I worked initially as a Countryside Warden and Manager for the National Trust, working on various properties for over ten years.  Following a 3-year stint working with Voluntary Services overseas as an environmental education advisor in Thailand, I returned to Malvern and headed up sustainable food and farming programs working for WWF-UK and Forum for the Future.

During the last 5 years I have worked as a freelance sustainable food consultant working from my home in Malvern.  I have 3 daughters, all of whom have attended the Chase School.  I am a Malvern Hills District Councillor for the Barnards Green ward.  I am committed to the work of the Malvern Hills Trust and to ensuring that it is fit to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
