Please post your application to The CEO, Malvern Hills Trust, Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3EY and mark the envelope with "confidential". Only hard copies will be accepted for this formal tender application. Copies of the application form can be collected from the MHT office (please call 01684 892002 to arrange).

Background Information
Malvern Hills Trust (MHT) owns and manages the Malvern Hills and Commons for wildlife, the local community and visitors. MHT provides visitor facilities including car parks around the hills and issues a limited number of licences annually for refreshments.
Licencing of mobile refreshment stalls
Under the Malvern Hills Acts 1884 and more particularly Article 4 of the 1995 Act, MHT has a power to grant licences for up to six mobile stalls on its land to sell food and refreshments to the public. Licences run for 12 months from 1st April. Applications are now invited for the year commencing 1st April 2024.
