Notice of Levy Payers meeting

Notice has been given for the Annual Meeting of Levy Payers of the Malvern Hills Trust (the working name of the Malvern Hills Conservators).

It is at this meeting that the Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2021 are examined and signed off and the Auditors for the year ending the 31st March 2022 are appointed. All creditors, council taxpayers and other interested persons are invited.

Covid-19 arrangements 

The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday 9 September 2021 at The Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Pershore, Worcs, WR10 1PT.

Due to Covid-19 precautions and venue capacities, any member of the public wishing to attend the meeting in person is requested to notify Mrs L Parish at the Trust’s offices or by email to cindy@malvernhills.org.uk for details of the arrangements. Your name, email address and contact telephone number will be required for the purposes of Covid-19 contact tracing.  Social distancing will be maintained and all present will be asked to wear a face mask (unless exempt).

The meeting will also be streamed on https://wychavon.public-i.tv/core/portal/home.

The statement of accounts to be presented at the meeting will be available for inspection from 19 August 2021 on the Trust’s website or a copy can be obtained free of charge by any levy payer from Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3EY. The office is open to the public Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
