Trust receives a large number of parking pass applications

The Trust has received a large number of applications for Levy Payer parking passes.

Levy Payer parking passes (formerly Resident's passes) expired on the 31st May and the Trust has received a large number of renewal applications.  Please be aware that we aim to deliver passes as soon as possible but, due to the very high numbers of applications, it may take up to 14 days to process your application.

Residents within the town of Malvern and the parishes of Colwall, Guarlford, Malvern Wells, Mathon and West Malvern who pay the levy to the Trust on their Council Tax bill, are entitled to a concessionary parking pass at £5.90 each.  Applications can be made online or by post and proof address is required to confirm eligibility.  For those unable to purchase passes online, the Trust office is open from 9:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.  New passes are valid until the 31st May 2022.

We're extremely grateful to those who purchase a pass as this income goes directly towards the conservation of the Malvern Hills landscape.

For those living outside the levy paying area, Annual Passes can be purchased for £39.00 (£15.00 for a second vehicle at the same household) and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Malvern Hills Trust's parking passes are not available to purchase from Malvern Tourist Information Centre following their move to the Lyttelton Well in 2019.  The Malvern and Colwall Libraries are also unable to sell passes this year due to the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
