Malvern Hills Trust are seeking to let the Southern Hills, an all grass, low input-low output unit near Great Malvern, Worcestershire. The 105ha of hill land is likely to be managed on a part-time basis. This 10 year grazing licence has conservation at its heart. Payments will be made to the licensee(s) to reward positive land management, animal husbandry and delivery of a Countryside Stewardship scheme. All in a popular and challenging environment.
