Due to the high numbers of Covid cases and for the safety of our staff and the public, we will not be reopening the front office on the 5th January as previously advertised. The office will remain closed to the public from the 5th January until further notice.
The front desk was due to open for the sale of parking passes only, but a decision has been made for the office to remain closed. Parking passes for the Malvern Hills can still be purchased by email, by post and by telephone. More information can be found on our parking pages.
Staff will be working from home wherever possible. To contact the Trust or staff, please email info@malvernhills.org.uk in the first instance so your message can be passed on to the relevant member of staff. There will be a limited number of staff in the office so it may take longer to answer the phone or respond to your query. We will respond as soon as we can and thank you for your patience at this time.
At this time the car parks on the Hills and Commons remain open for exercise. We recognise the importance of green space for physical and mental wellbeing and ask that whilst visiting you respect other visitors and local community by following government guidance at all times.
