Mountain bikers invited to get involved in access improvements

Enjoy mountain biking on the Malvern Hills and want to get involved in helping conserve this amazing landscape?

Why not come along and join us on Saturday 17th February on a practical conservation task to improve access along one of the busier bridleways on the Hills. We'll be working to improve sight-lines and the width of the path for visitors by clearing back some of the overhanging vegetation.

This path also runs near to one of the most important habitats for the grayling butterfly so the work will also benefit Worcestershire's rarest butterfly.

Take the chance to chat to MHT staff and find out more about the Mountain Biking Campaign that we will be launching this spring!

Meet at 10am on Saturday 17th February at North Quarry car park. Please bring warm clothes, food and drink. Tools will be provided and we will finish at 3pm.

If you'd like to join us and get stuck in (amazing views, hot drinks and biscuits included) then please register your interest -

We hold regular conservation tasks throughout the year, find out more here.
