Important changes to Levy payer parking pass applications

Important changes have been made to the application process for purchasing Levy payer parking passes from the Malvern Hills Trust.

As proof of eligibility, those wishing to purchase two or three levy payer parking passes must now provide vehicle registration certificates (V5C) for every vehicle they are applying for.  No other forms of identification can be accepted for the purchase of multiple levy payer passes.

For the purchase of one levy payer pass, a copy of the V5C document, driving licence or 2022/23 council tax bill will be accepted as proof of eligiblity.

Those eligible for the levy payer passes are residents of the town of Malvern and the parishes of Colwall, Guarlford, Malvern Wells, Mathon and West Malvern who pay a levy towards the Trust.

Passes cost £6.00 each and are valid from the 1st June 2022 to the 31st May 2023.  Please include a stamped addressed envelope with your application, or include an additional £1.00 for postage and administration.
