Rock exposures in this area are essential habitat for the grayling butterfly. We will be cutting scrub from around the rocky outcrops.
Please be aware that there is a steep 15 minute walk to a very steep work area.
Conservation days are held between 10am and 4pm but you are welcome to come and go at any point between these times. Tools and friendly guidance is given at the start of the day. Refreshments are provided, although you may wish to bring lunch.
Please wear clothing suitable for practical work and changeable weather plus sturdy boots.
Children under the age of 18 and vulnerable adults must be accompanied by and adult.
