This planned work has been completed. A small section of path has been topped with surface dressing to improve access into the Community Woodland. This will now be monitored to assess whether it can be applied throughout the woodland. It is anticipated that further works will be carried out in due course.
Notice of works - On Wednesday 26th May contractors will be carrying out path improvement works at the northern end of the Community Woodland, Townsend Way near to the pedestrian crossing. Disruption will be kept to a minimum and access to the woodland will be maintained using nearby alternative routes. Please follow any instructions given by contractors for your safety.
